About Cope with Life

The Cope with Life Initiative is provided by the Belfast Health and Social Care Trusts Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy Service based at Woodstock Lodge Mental Health Resource Centre.

We also plan to make self-help information more accessible by making them available in a range of public facilities such as GP Surgeries, Leisure Centres and Public Libraries.

Cope With Life also provides training at various levels to organisations in the Belfast area, on how make best use of Self-Help information with their clients.

This Website was developed and will be maintained by the Belfast Trust Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy Service (East Belfast and Castlereagh) and is funded by the Eastern Investing for Health Partnership through the allocation of Suicide Prevention resources.
